Responsibilities

• Critical thinking in identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions

• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices

• Experience with a rapidly changing and complex work environment.

• Overseeing recruitment efforts

• Provide guidance on employee behavior and help with conflict resolution

• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees

• Find ways to build employee morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

• Work closely with our human resources team to develop policies, programs, and solutions

Requirements

• 5 years of Human Resources Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field

• Experience working with a global team

• Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource practices, including employee relations

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
