Responsibilities

• Provision equipment for users, onboard new hires and configure MacOS systems for an seamless day one-one experience using MDM tools
• Provide escalated support on IT Support issues
• SME to our SAAS applications (email, video conferencing collaboration & security tools)
• Integrate and automate applications using our SSO and IDP solution
• Develop automated processes to optimize IT workflow
• Continuously improve on building a seamless on/off-boarding process
• Partner with security to identify risk on IT controls and business procedures
• Assist in the designing, implementing, and maintenance of corporate systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies
• Maintain office infrastructure and uptime

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an IT position or something similar
• 5+ years of experience with SSO, Active Directory and SAAS integrations
• 2+ years of experience with Mac MDM solutions
• Experience with network fundamentals and can troubleshoot network connectivity
• Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You’re self motivated, have strong work ethic, automation mindset, and goal-oriented
